The traineeship is a combination of marketing and logistics work. Basically you are the linkage between the client and the rest of the company. You will have the full responsibility for the clients that will be assigned to you: all communication, all price calculation, establishment of official document for confirmed orders, follow up for production and shipment status. These activities are to be done in the language of the customer. Your managers and Indian colleagues speak good English. Next to some 30 Indian colleagues, you have 12 international coworkers from different parts of the world, the other AIESEC trainees. We believe this is the maximum numbers of interns working in any Indian company.
Since you are handling actual clients of the company so you would feel as an important part of the company and will learn about working in actual corporate environment. You will be working in the head office of the company which is situated in the premium commercial business district having direct metro connectivity, food and leisure etc. Apart from your market you could be given more countries to work on, if needed. Your task is to search for new potential clients from your countries that share your native/ fluent languages.
During the course of your internship the company may decide to send you on a business trip to the country you are responsible for to meet Existing & New clients and also the potential leads.
Further on the completion of your internship the company may offer you a Fulltime / Part time Job or Company representative Position in India or in your home country.
The company can also help you to find job / Internship/ Master Thesis Project after completion of your internship in India with our clients in abroad.
The trainee will also work towards finding new clients for the company in the EU, North America & ASIA Pacific in order to help their expansion into multiple European/Asian countries.
To get you used to the company, the first 2 to 3 weeks someone will assist you & teach you all the basics. You will be assigned a manager to whom you will report on daily basis.
The company has factories in North and South India and you will be encouraged to visit them and learn about the processes and the final product itself.
Country Preferences: We are selling our products all over the world. We have mentioned the preferred countries in the languages section but we are open to have interns from all over the world.

An amazing path since I did my internship in Arvicon, New Delhi India.
Everything started on February 2014, with any experience in the Industry of stones, more than 2 days traveling to go there and cultural challenges.
I could grow up as a person and professional, sharing time with amazing coworkers from different countries and of course with Indians. I learnt much about marketing, market research getting new clients, exports and sales, handling accounts across South America and Spain, with all support of the company had the opportunity to do a good performance, we participated even in different construction exhibitions in Colombia and Chile!
Arvicon rewards your efforts; right now I’m working full time with them from Colombia, traveling and Marketing in Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Mexico, have been 5 years now, in this company the only limits established are set up by yourself.
